Resum

Due to the interest aroused by the argumentations given in the answer to the positive conflict of law, number 2055/88, started by the Spanish Government, as well as because of the current importance of the conflict about the language in commercial product labelling caused by the repeated and persistent imposition of Spanish on labels, we think fit to reproduce the whole answer above mentioned.
